The liner is made of a heavy duck cloth for years of service. There are feet to protect the bottom. The dimensions are 12" wide, 8" high, and 3.5" deep. This bag comes with 2 strap options. The shorter strap adjusts from 29" to 39" long with a drop of 12" to 17". The longer strap adjusts from 49" to 63" with a drop of 23" to 31".
